North Fremantle real estate agent Bruce Moriarty
If you are an astute property owner, you'll know you need more than a real estate agent who simply appraises and markets your property. To maximise your returns, you need to find out how you can add value to your real estate assets.
To make the best possible real estate decisions in Fremantle and in the surrounding coastal property markets, you need professional advice and local knowledge.
Throughout my career I've enjoyed genuine success with a number of well-known Perth and Fremantle real estate agencies and have been involved in numerous residential and commercial real estate development projects on behalf of my clients, investors and my family.
I work in association with various property development and sales specialists, all experts with a detailed understanding of the town planning and building industries in Fremantle, Perth and Western Australia.
My commitment to Fremantle's future is evidenced by my own substantial financial, property and lifestyle investments in the area.
I lived in North Fremantle for about 10 years and now have a home in East Fremantle with my lovely wife Fiona and our two wonderful children.
Originally from Nova Scotia, I grew up in Halifax, a small and well preserved historic city and Canada's major Atlantic port. Aside from missing the north Atlantic's snow, rain and fog, I developed a strong affinity for Fremantle, its heritage, sunshine and cappuccinos.
I arrived in Western Australia in 1981. After five years in the North West oil sector, I entered the property industry.
Specialties
Aside from considerable success in property sales, I have been responsible for a number of significant real estate developments.
My development company has extensively restored the heritage-listed Old School Mews at 98 Stirling Highway to bring these landmark buildings back to life and create a wonderful village atmosphere among new residences we constructed at the rear.
Presently I am overseeing the redevelopment of North Fremantle's Rose Hotel as a significant heritage redevelopment containing the original building - which will soon become Perth's largest day spa.
Constructed behind the rejuvenated landmark, a wonderful mixed use development has been built containing nine 3 storey townhouses, six live-and-work apartments and eight large residential apartments.
Beside the hotel will be three large commercial office suites fronting Stirling Highway, one of which will contain the offices of Leighton Real Estate.
Clearly the Leighton Beach redevelopment has created a great deal of excitement in North Fremantle. The 4.4 hectare transport-linked apartment redevelopment sits beside the 13 hectares of beachside parklands being created within the former Westrail marshalling yards.
Having served on LandCorp's Leighton Redevelopment Guidelines Committee and the State Government's Beachside Parklands Steering Committee, I have been able to play a significant role in the development of North Fremantle's future.
In 2006, I was appointed to the City of Fremantle's Urban Development Advisory Committee and have been reappointed to serve until 2009.
Most importantly, I have come to appreciate the scale of the transformation the area will enjoy as more and more uneconomic industrial land is converted to allow a greater number of West Australians to enjoy the area's fantastic location.
Who better to manage your property development or maximise your returns than a local agent with a genuine knowledge and understanding of Fremantle real estate?
Please don't hesitate to contact me for a confidential discussion regarding your real estate interests.
